It is recommended to have your home inspected for termites or other wood destroying organisms every two years. We will thoroughly inspect the home and provide and detailed report of the findings.

What is Included?
This is a visual, non-invasive inspection. We follow the Internachi Standard of Practice while performing dwelling inspections. We do not disturb belongings, move furniture, or open walls. Typically we have only three hours to inspect the property or dwelling. Essentially, we are attempting to get a snap shot view of what is going on in the house on the day of the inspection. Every effort will be made to analyze accessible components and provide important feedback about their condition. All clients can expect prompt, professional service; detailed, digital reports; simple, online scheduling and ample time to answer your questions.

What is Radon?
Radon is an odorless, tasteless, and invisible gas produced by the decay of naturally occurring uranium in soil and groundwater. Radon is a form of ionizing radiation and a proven carcinogen.
Is Radon a Safety Concern?
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Overall, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Radon is responsible for around 21,000 lung deaths every year. About 2,900 of these deaths are among people that never smoked.

Radon can be found in any home, regardless of whether a basement is present or not. Soil surveys, indoor radon data, geological and radioactive maps have helped the EPA create the map below to provide a map of radon potential. However, not all types of data are available for every area.

Termite Inspection (WDO)
Wood Destroying Organisms
Wood Destroying Organisms are a group of pests that can cause significant structural damage and directly impact the structural integrity of a home. WDOs are an important part of the natural cycle of decay in forests and other natural areas to help break down cellulose from dead trees and other organic material, eventually returning this material to the soil where it is used by new growth. However, when they direct their attention to the wood of a home rather than a dying tree, this can lead to extensive problems. Left undetected and/or untreated, WDO's can create an expensive, hazardous situation. Damage from these organisms could result in devaluation of a property/structor or substantial costs for repairs.
What Are We Looking For?
Termites
Subterranean Termites are the most common found in the U.S. and most prevalent in the state of Ohio. Termites feed on materials that contain cellulose-such as wood.
Carpenter Ants
Carpenter ants are among the largest ants occurring in the U.S. Unlike Termites, they do not eat wood, instead they excavate galleries to create nest sites
